The above is the basic process of the duct production line.

1.Electric discharge rack

The rack can hold four rolls of material, and a single roll can carry 6T. The unloading shaft is made of 45 # steel pipe, which is processed after quenching and tempering, and has sufficient strength and rigidity. The frame is welded with square tubes and channel steel. After the aging treatment, the stability during use is guaranteed. The unloading machine is equipped with a 1.5Kw motor, driven by a turbine worm reducer, and controlled by a circuit. It realizes the functions of automatic control of unloading, unloading and jog feeding. Avoid damage to the material side by the general discharge machine. When the user changes the material, as long as the material discharge shaft is suspended from the material discharge rack as a whole and placed in the coil core to be used, the material coil placement is completed. The feeder rack divider is used in the production of multiple coils, which is convenient for material transportation.

2.Unloading device

The blanking device is mainly composed of a machine frame, a leveling and crimping device, a shear angle mold device, a shearing device and the like.
The leveling and crimping device is designed with universal leveling technology and a unique structure. The work roll is a five-roller leveling material made of 45 # steel. After reasonable processing such as quenching and tempering, the surface performance is good, and its rigidity, The mechanical properties such as deflection and surface roughness are greatly improved, and thus play an important role in the surface state and flatness of the sheet after leveling. The ribs use five ribs / six ribs to parallelly press the U ribs. The rib spacing is 210mm / 230mm, which greatly enhances the rigidity of the formed plate.

The angle cutting die device is located at the end of the leveling device. It can be freely adjusted according to the width of the sheet. The upper and lower dies are very easy to replace. Different angles and shapes need to be punched and cut. Simply replace the upper and lower dies. Power is performed by a hydraulic system.

After the angle cutting process is completed, the sheet material advances to the set cutting length, and the upper beam is pressed and cut the sheet material. It adopts hydraulic automatic cutting, transmission balance, high-quality material Cr12MoV for cutting plate material, no burr at cutting end, long service life, fast replacement, and very convenient adjustment of cutting gap.

3.Receiving robot / feeding platform

It consists of a frame, a conveying roller, a gripping manipulator and a transmission part. The conveyor roller is powered. When the sheet is cut to the required length, the sheet is clamped by the robot to the position of the sacrum, and then the sheet is compressed to prepare for Toyo bone formation.

4. Displacement bite device (bite Toyo bone)

After the sheet is positioned under the action of the conveyor, the patella machine moves the cylinder to move the patella machine against the sheet, and completes the bite of the Toyo bone at the edge of the sheet under the drive of the sacrum. Machine returns.

5.Forming device

Forming device angle iron flange

The forming device consists of two sets of 9 sets of rolling heads. Rolling reed is made of GCr15 steel, after heat treatment and CNC lathe finishing, the surface hardness of rolling reel can reach HRC58 ~ 60. The forming width can be adjusted. During the adjustment, the handwheel is shaken to drive the two screws to synchronously move the overall parts. The rolling mill is driven by a motor, and the two sets of rolling mills are synchronized via a transmission shaft. In this way, the sheet material enters the rolling group through the front guide plate through the conveying device to complete the forming of the angle steel flange.

6.Electrical control system

The central control unit of the electrical control system uses a programmable controller, the driving device uses an intelligent all-digital AC servo system, and the color high-resolution touch screen with a human-machine interface of VIEW. Independent counting hold function, it is convenient for the operator to check the working record of the day.
