I. Process requirements

1. Bite connection or riveting shall be adopted, and welding shall not be performed;

2. The bite seams of the air pipe panel splicing should be staggered, and there should be no cross-shaped splicing seams.

3. The bite seam is tight, the width is the same, the corners are straight, the arc is even and the two ends are parallel;

4. There is no obvious distortion and warping of the air duct, the surface should be flat, and the unevenness should not be greater than 8mm;

5. The allowable deviation of the outer diameter or outer length of the air duct is negative. When the large side length of the air duct is less than or equal to 630mm, it is -1mm; when it is greater than 630mm, it is -2mm;

6. The allowable deviation of the flatness of the nozzle is 1mm, and the difference between the two diagonal lengths of the rectangular duct should not be greater than 2mm.

7. Reinforcement measures should be taken for rectangular duct lengths greater than 630mm, insulation duct lengths greater than 800mm, pipe lengths greater than 1250mm, or low-pressure duct single-sided flat areas greater than 1.2㎡, and medium and high-pressure ducts greater than 1.0㎡.

Key points of quality control

1. Prior to the riveting of the air pipe and flange, check the technical quality, leaving a 10mm flange for the pipe section.

2. When connecting flange rivets, the center line of the rivets must be perpendicular to the board surface, and the rivet head should press the board tightly to make the board seams tight.

3. The riveting flange should be mechanically riveted with a hydraulic rivet machine, and the riveting must be firm, and the rivets cannot fall off or leak.

4. When the air pipe is connected to the flange, the flange width is not less than 6mm, the flange is even and flat, close to the flange, the flange must not cover the screw holes, the four corners must be leveled, and there should be no gaps.

6. Equipment such as shearing machine and bite machine should be adjusted according to the thickness of the plate before use to ensure the processing accuracy of the duct.

Three. Finished product protection measures

1. The duct processing equipment should be covered with flexible materials and must not affect the operation of the equipment;

2. Cloth shoes should be changed when entering the workshop, and stepping on galvanized steel is prohibited;

3. Use rubber hammers in conjunction with hydraulic seaming machines for air pipe seams and flanging. Metal hammers are not allowed.

4. The process of blanking, jointing and assembling flanges of the air duct must be operated on a flexible carpet. It is strictly forbidden that the galvanized layer of the air duct directly contacts the ground;

5. Duct semi-finished products and finished products must be neatly placed on the square wood, each layer does not exceed 1.2m, and stacking of multiple layers is not allowed to cause deformation of the duct;

6. When the finished product of the air duct is stacked for a long time, it should be covered with plastic film to avoid dust accumulation;

7. The galvanized steel sheet should be placed on a spacious and dry damp-proof wooden mat. When it is stacked, it should be numbered according to the system, neat, reasonable and convenient for shipment. Handling should be handled gently to prevent damage to the finished product.
